Your rights are very important to us. We aim to provide our trade customers
with the best possible service.
What we provide on purchase
We supply brand new, unused stock as described on our website with all original Traser
packaging and documentation. We also provide adequate packaging to ensure you receive
your stock safely. All our watches are genuine UK-supplied items. They are not grey
imports or copies - you can rest assured that as the official UK agent of the stock you
purchase, we will supply only genuine goods and will always give you our full support and
assistance. However although we try to be as responsible as possible we cannot be held
liable for any manufacturing changes to individual models.
Delivery
Delivery always takes place within 28 days of trade purchase (otherwise we offer a full
and unconditional refund), but we aim to ship any order placed before 12.00 noon on the
same working day (stock permitting). We use Royal Mail Next Day (UK) Signed For Services
and all purchases are fully insured during transit.
Damaged Goods
If you receive a package that appears to have been damaged in transit then you must
sign for it as damaged, and then check the contents. If damage is confirmed you must
notify us of the damage within 24 hours and retain all packaging and labelling for
return. We will refund all costs incurred in sending the item back to us via Royal Mail
Next Day Delivery.

Return Policy
Please contact us by phone before returning any stock. We will of course deal with any
stock found to be faulty at the time of purchase.
NOTE: Alsigns are not responsible for any watch returned for refund/replacement that
is not returned in the manner set forth above nor do we accept any returns/replacements
of special/bulk orders, nor of any items given as a gift by Alsigns.
REMEMBER:
Our No Quibble refund policy is subject to the watch being returned to us with all
original packaging and labelling. We will not accept watches that have been worn or
used or where the packaging is damaged.
Customer Warranty
Our Traser watches are supplied with a full two year warranty which you pass on to
your customer. You should ask your customer to retain the box in case of any warranty
claim. Not only will this offer added watch protection in transit but also the box has
the warranty card built into the bottom of the box, enabling us to deal with all warranty
claims quickly and efficiently. However if third parties have handled the goods in for
example an attempt to repair them, then the warranty becomes null and void.
Dispute resolution
We always aim to resolve any disputes as quickly and fairly as possible. We are always
happy to provide advice to traders about warranty issues and Traser tritium technology.
